Cubus Solutions Newsletter: January 2016


Happy New Year! 2016 marks the 10th anniversary of the creation of Cubus. We created Cubus to realize our vision to make banking easy. Over the past decade (wow, how time flies when you’re having fun) we’ve collaborated with our customers to challenge problems and create solutions to known problems; built solid applications that empower members, reduce operational costs, and create new revenue opportunities; become a trusted “go to” partner for our customers; and a solid company with a strong value system that attracts and retains quality people.

We want to get better at what we do. We’re working on building new products to solve emerging problems, improving our internal processes to be more efficient, and communicating more contextually with our customers.

We thank our customers for their support through our first ten years. As we look out into the future, we see great opportunities to continue the pursuit of our vision to make banking easy. We look forward to working with our customers to collaborate, challenge and create.

New Customer Portal Training

As we start this new year, we are also introducing our NEW Cubus Customer Portal. We are very excited about this new updated site. The portal is designed for you to log new cases, view and update existing cases, view documentation and search our new knowledge base.

We will stop using the old customer support portal on 2/7/2016 and begin using the new portal on 2/8/2016.

The portal will continue to be the most expeditious way to reach us so we have set up two webinars to show you how to use it. The first is at 9:30am Pacific on February 4, 2016. The second will be on February 9 at 1:00pm PT. Click below on your corresponding date to enter the webinar. (No sign-up required).
