More Listening…Less Talking

If I look back to the Cubus Manifesto that we created five years ago, I can see that in many places we are achieving our goals, in others it’s an ongoing process. One of the ways I think we scored an A was in the more listening, less talking category. This has been especially true with the Cubus One banking platform. Without all of the listening, the product wouldn’t be what it is today. Without all the listening we wouldn’t have our product roadmap planned for the next 12 months. Without all the listening, we wouldn’t have Cubus Collaborations. It’s all about more listening. I appreciate all of the great clients we have that are willing to share for the greater good. We have exciting products in the pipeline because of all the listening. We can’t wait to share them with you!

2014 Was a Milestone Year

Cubus Solutions showed extensive growth in 2014, which included product, staff and dedication to customer service. Eight more credit unions chose our Cubus One Online and Mobile Banking Platform, while 11 went live to their members. We brought on 5 new credit unions to our family overall. Skip-A-Pay is now up and running in 43 credit unions throughout the country on two different core systems. Our bread and butter Notifications continue to evolve as well.

An expansion of our development staff in India dictated a move to a new, state-of-the art building to support all of our current and future endeavors.

Thank you all for making 2014 a successful year. He's to continued momentum in 2015!

Skip-A-Pay Proves a Huge Success for Securityplus Credit Union

We recently had a conversation with Maynard Hurd of Securityplus Credit Union in Maryland about the credit union’s implementation of Cubus Skip-A-Pay. The resulting case study shows remarkable results. Since implementing in February of this year, with virtually no promotion, the credit union was able to generate 779 skips which netted $26,000 in fee income. Facebook Changes Algorithm - If you are involved in your credit union’s social media, you may know that in January, they will be changing the algorithm for those with business pages. Facebook said it will further limit the number of promotions posted organically by brands to the users who liked them.
