Branching Out

We launched Cubus One four years ago with an interface to the Ultradata core. To date, more than 20 credit unions have deployed Cubus One to their members. We recently added phone banking to the platform, and are actively working on enhancing the platform even further with voice banking with Siri, Alexa, and Google.

We are also enhancing the platform to interface with more credit union core systems. We’re currently working on integrations with Corelation/Keystone and Symitar/Episys. Diamond Credit Union is leading the way. They were the first to commit to using Cubus One when we announced the platform back in 2011.  They are now the first to commit to deploy Cubus One with Corelation/Keystone core.

In addition to building a solid digital banking platform, we’ve built lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with all of our customers, and when they make strategic decisions like switching core systems, they expect us to be there for them. To help them continue to provide superlative online services to members. We are. We will always be.

Beware of Brand Abandonment - Nearly half of North American consumers will abandon a brand and take their money elsewhere if they repeatedly encounter “a poor, impersonal or frustrating customer experience across channels of engagement.” The price brands pay for frustrating consumers is high—47 percent say they will stop doing business altogether, while 32 percent would email the company to complain and 29 percent would tell their family and friends.
