  • John-Ashley J Paul

    President
    John-Ashley Paul brings years of high technology and marketing experience and expertise to CUBUS Solutions, including over six years leading credit union core data processing vendor. He was instrumental in developing and rolling out Internet strategy and was an early innovator in home banking as a driving force behind online banking solutions. John-Ashley led marketing efforts at several technology companies including Siemens, Enterworks, Asterion, and Interpro. John-Ashley's extensive marketing experience and track record of innovation are central to CUBUS Solutions' success in providing leading edge software applications to our clients. John has MS degree in Computer Engineering, Villanova University; MBA St. Mary's College; BS Electrical Engineering, College of Engineering, Pune, India

  • Mary Ann Herne

    Vice President of Business Development Vice President of Business Development Mary Ann Herne began her longstanding career in the credit union industry serving members of Sterlent Credit Union. She then spent 17 years handling all aspects of customer care from training and installation to managing customer relations for a leading credit union core data processing vendor. Mary Ann next worked with a start-up company in the areas of custom home lending and predictive software and has additional experience providing customer relationship services to the Western States. With her sales expertise and comprehensive customer care background, Mary Ann plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining CUBUS Solutions' strong relationships in the credit union industry and high standards of customer service.

  • Lakshman Prabu

    Vice President, Product Development and Chief Technology Officer
    Lakshman Prabu has over 15 years experience in the credit union industry, including managing programming groups and overseeing more than 30 software engineers. He was the Chief Architect for a leading credit union core data processing vendor's software products and was in charge of all aspects of development and implementation from identifying cost-effective and efficient technological solutions and training and managing programmers to educating customers about the end product. Prabu's wide-ranging technology and project management background, customer service orientation, expertise in the financial services industry, and leadership skill position him to guide CUBUS Solutions' team of software engineers through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle. Prabu has a BS degree in Computer Science, University of Madras, Chennai, India

  • Lance Kawasaki

    Vice President, Programming
    Lance Kawasaki joins CUBUS Solutions with a wealth of experience and skills in software development and support. He worked for 16 years at a leading credit union core processing company in software product development, including online banking and 24-hour emergency customer support, and later as an independent software consultant. Lance's big-picture understanding of credit union operations and the interconnections between credit union functions enable him to develop highly efficient software solutions. As an expert troubleshooter, Lance is available to CUBUS Solutions clients whenever needed. Lance has a BS degree in Information Services, University of Hawaii
