Russell Country Federal Credit Union Chooses CUBUS Solutions' Products
Notification Suite Offers Better Communication and Control for Members

CUBUS Solutions, a leader in online banking solutions for credit unions, announced today that the Great Falls, Montana-based Russell Country Federal Credit Union has chosen the CUBUS Solutions' Member Notifications suite of products, CUStatements, CULetters and CUAlerts, to deliver next generation online banking services to its membership.
Russell Country Federal Credit Union has over 10,000 members and nearly $57 million dollars in assets. They selected the CUBUS Solutions products as it continues to expand its online channel as a crucial area of ongoing growth, delivering expanded services to its membership.

A recent survey by the American Bankers Association shows that for the second year in a row, most bank customers (36 percent) prefer to do their banking online compared to any other method. Last year, 25 percent of customers favored online banking. With such a dramatic shift in consumer interest, financial institutions are giving greater consideration to their online strategies.

CULetters is an electronic letter generator and delivery system that sends members institutional and custom letters by email. Highly adaptable, the system enhances the quality, speed, generation and delivery of communication with members and also reduces paper costs exponentially.
CUAlerts delivers timely and convenient member account status information and empowers members to automatically receive critical alerts when their account crosses specified thresholds.
All three products will be incorporated into the Russell Country Federal Credit Union's core banking system.
