Implementation Specialist
As Implementation Specialist at CUBUS Solutions, you will interact with our client base to provide installation and training on our software. We are looking for an individual with a strong technical background and the ability to effectively communicate knowledge to others in a structured learning environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software implementations and training customers.
- High energy and drive to succeed in a startup environment.
- Previous customer service experience in the credit union or financial services industry.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively & independently.
- Solving problem and trouble shooting skills.
- Provide installation and training for customers.
- Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
