Customer Service Manager
As the Customer Service Manager at CUBUS Solutions, you will interact with our client base to provide satisfaction, process information, and bring resolution to their inquiries, concerns and complaints. The Customer Service Manager is responsible for the accurate, timely reporting and final resolution of all customer interactions – including Software Implementations and on-going customer support. Must be able to present a professional company image through written, verbal and personal communications.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of exceptional customer services experience and aptitude, including at least 2 years in a management level.
- 5+ years experience with Enterprise software project management.
- High energy and drive to succeed in a startup environment.
- Previous customer service experience in the credit union or financial services industry.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively & independently.
- Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Solving problem and trouble shooting skills.
- Provide training for customers
- May require limited travel (5-10%)
