CUNotify™ Overview
CUNotify™ is a next-generation software suite that helps Credit Unions empower their members to receive critical account alerts whenever and wherever needed. These member-opted notifications are personalized, flexible, and easy to use.
With CUNotify™, members receive electronic notification on account status, fraud detection, product updates, statements, letters, notifications and tax forms.
CUNotify™ consists of three modules:
Alerts
- Delivers timely and convenient member account status information
- Automatically sends alerts when an account crosses specified thresholds
- Provides cross-selling opportunities while enhancing member satisfaction
Statements
- Supports month-end, credit card, mortgage and tax statements in PDF format
- Allows members to view past years of statement history
- Automatically changes mail codes to prevent delinquent members from receiving electronic statements
- Increases service efficiency through integrated email “bounce” management
Letters
- Offers members all institutional and custom letters by e-mail
- Enhances the quality and speed of letter delivery
- Supports customization of all letter templates
