Cubus Collaborations

That was the theme of our annual conference with our Cubus One customers in beautiful Livermore, California. We did deep dives through our application, and our product roadmap for the sole purpose of getting unfiltered feedback. Customers shared problems they wanted solved with our software. We listened, we collaborated. We crafted solutions to problems. To create a superlative member experience. To reduce operational costs. To generate revenue opportunities. It’s our mission.

Based on customer feedback, we are honored to say that the Collaborations conference lived up to its name. We talked so much the first day; a few sessions got pushed to day two. We worked hard and had great conversations. Did I mention that we were in the beautiful Livermore Valley? So we also played hard. Lots of wine tasting. We played Bocce ball. We had dinner at the world-class Restaurant at Wente Vineyards, toured barrel rooms and drank more wine. See some of our fun photos on our Facebook page.

My thanks to the attendees who took their time to come and really engage in the dialogue. You and all of our customers are helping mold the future of our products that become your solutions. Let’s collectively and independently keep working to challenge the status quo and your competition.

Welcome Chaco Credit Union

Chaco Credit Union ($174M in assets/43,500 members) of Hamilton, OH is a great example of a credit union taking full advantage of the Cubus family of products. They went live to their members with Cubus One in March including the implementation of Web, Mobile, Statements, Letters, Skip-A-Pay, Alerts and Transfers. Loyalty

Last month, we talked about building trust and loyalty with your members and building your brand. Keep your members on your site to learn more about the services available to them through your credit union rather than sending them off to third party vendors for their rewards. Offer them fee waivers, free ATM usage, cash back, free loan skips, or cash auto deposited to a free savings account. The options are endless.

Using the Cubus Customer Portal to log your tickets helps us help you. Here are a few ways how:

  • When you use the portal everyone at Cubus gets notified. This helps the right person see the issue sooner rather than later.
  • When you use the portal we get the details in your words.
  • You can help us solve the problem by providing the following information:
    • Member number examples (in the confidential section)
    • Is it all members, some, or one (same if staff is impacted)
    • Attaching screen prints
    • Attaching error messages
    • Enabling the VPN
    • If there have been any changes on the server, network or firewall
    • If this feature/function worked in the past
    • Can you recreate the event
